Everything spot on…..
I was fearing the worst when, after ordering , I read the many negative reviews and then saw the dreaded YODEL as courier. In fact everything was exactly to plan. Estimated delivery 2nd Feb… just 7 days after order was met. They tell you that tracking will not commence till Yodel have parcel in UK… this took 5 days then excellent info from Yodel and parcel arrived bang on schedule. As for the product, men’s dungarees large…. they are LARGE !! Plenty of room for me to grow into them but appear well enough made and I expect they will shrink somewhat when washed. So all turned out OK……

Shocking Service
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
On Monday 16th January I placed an order. The goods never arrived. The company admit that the parcel went to the wrong address. They issued me an address that the parcel had apparently been delivered to along with a photo of the property and told me to go retrieve the parcel myself.
I went to the address given and the owner does not have the parcel. Furthermore the picture issued to me does not match the property.
The company are now refusing to refund the goods.

Absolutely disgusting service. Wouldn’t even give this company one star.
Having ordered a rucksack which hadn’t arrived 3 days after the specified delivery date, I tracked my item to see it had been returned to sender stating the recipient had moved. Was told I was getting a refund which I had to ring a further 3 times before I got 1 month late. Stupidly trusted the company and ordered a second one only for exactly the same thing to happen. Received another phonecall two days ago saying although the refund had been requested for that item, it hadn’t actually been processed., That refund arrived this morning, minus 15 per cent, which I had been given as an apology. In short, received no product from the company despite them having £40 of my money for 3 weeks, and £20 for 5 weeks. Had to make at least 6 phone calls to get the money back.
Don't bother ordering....
Don't bother, customer service is terrible. Ordered Christmas presents mid December (order #200583779), turns out the are coming from mainland Europe and not the UK, but stated would arrive on the 21st. Today, 22nd December, I get a notification to say the delivery would not arrive until the 28th December. Perfect! Customer services via chat didn't care at all. It does not state when you order that delivery would be protracted and come from outside of the country, otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. Now this close to Christmas it is too late for me to get a replacement delivered in time. So someone isn't getting their Christmas present. Thanks Dickies!!!!!

Shocking. No reputable company would send their items via Yodel, so that says all you need to know.
I was assured my item would be delivered the next day, and then the item spent 3 days sat at the depot and my delivery date became 'unavailable'. 10 days after i placed my order, and after chasing Yodel for 3 days, I sent an email to Dickies (which was unanswered) and then realised I could also ring, so did. The lady was v snappy and unhelpful. She had no solution to our problem so I eventually just requested for my parcel to be cancelled. Luckily, it was and I await a refund (which can take 10 working days.) I now have no gifts for family members, 2 days before Christmas, which is just fantastic.

I’ve contact your customer services (that don’t seem to exist) several times now with no success.
I am unable to return a shirt due to all the collection points refusing parcels currently. I have tried everywhere in a 5 mile radius and now refuse to drive around anymore.
Absolutely useless. A brand I used to buy and trust for quality, but from now on I’ll be avoiding.

Love dickies, I swear by their clothes and they are always comfy, I have to say that the quality of some of the materials especially in the new Elizaville skirt is poor, very plasticy

I've just brought pairs of dickies work…
I've just brought pairs of dickies work trousers new in packet 38s they are ridiculous they are like put a tent on the legs are so wide and im a 29 leg but these are longer than regular more like a long . Will say from now on im sticking to site workwear. I threw my dickies in the bin there was no way i was going to wear them and look like a pussing clown .

Poor quality fast fashion
I purchased a pair of Dickies pants less than a year ago. One of the side pockets started to fray recently, eventually to a big hole. I'm very disappointed as Dickies used to pride themselves for making durable workwear. Contacted customer services and they refused to offer any repair or replacement, nor honour their own 2-year guarantee, due to it being "wear and tear" instead of admitting that it was made of poor materials. CS stopped replying when I asked to exercise my statutory rights. Sadly another clothing brand had decided to go down the path of fast fashion.

My first ever Trustpilot review
My first ever Trustpilot review. It is a poor one. Order has gone missing. Missing order (Yodel - awful) Contacted DickiesLife customer service 10 days ago. No response. Re-contacted 4 days ago. Still zero response. Completely missing item, zero way of getting hold of customer service to rectify and scared of now being out of pocket for a significant amount with no items. Terrible that I cannot get in contact with this company. DickiesLife - please respond to my contact emails.

The Dickies you once knew is dead. Dead. Dead.
This is thoughtless fast-fashion crud from the third world that will bury the once good name.
Bought three shirts; first they arrived a week late, next there is a 6"+ chest size discrepancy between the largest and smallest of them despite a nominally identical size... and I know exactly which size used to fit when this was a trustworthy brand for quality workwear.
Now I start the nightmare tedium of returns.

Delivery ETA has been and gone. Looking at tracking it's been booked with Yodel(they are just as bad) according to tracking advice. I have emailed them twice asking for an update.... nothing! I don't doubt this will be my last time buying from this company!!!
Total $HIT€ experience of buying and communication. I get a better response from €B@¥ sellers???
UPDATE.
Item arrived,(day late) no complaints about garment, really good jacket.
However as above I doubt I would order from dickieslife.com again.

Absolutely awful! Website is misleading and constructed to deceive (in my opinion).
4 items, (only knowingly ordered two) however... order took over a week to arrive.
RETURNING ORDER HAS AND SILL IS FRAUGHT WITH OBTUSE, UNHELPFUL and INEPT responses FROM DICKIES LIFE, YODEL and UPS! WHO COLLECTED SAID RETURN AND UPON INQUIRY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF AFOREMENTIONED PACKAGE.
DESPITE PHOTOGRHIC/ VIDEO EVIDENCE.
PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I, BY ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COWBOY OUTFIT!
I CAN ONLY PRESUME THAT THE CEO IF DICKIES IS UNAWARE OF JUST HOW BAD THEIR COMPANY IS BEIN RUN IN THE UK.

Goods and service totally fine
My experience with Dickies Life was absolutely fine, and I feel compelled to write a review to share it in contrast to other experiences. Although all the items weren’t right for me (too big and multiple sizes ordered) ordering, collection and returns via Collect+ were totally straightforward. Things did definitely take longer than ‘usual’ but I think it’s because goods are coming from Europe and having to deal with Brexit red tape.
FRAUDSTERS. wouldn't let me cancel an order I just placed
I tried to cancel my order placed 15 mins before and was told that there was no option for this and I had to receive the order and send back for a refund! This is fraud and against consumer rights. The customer service representative wouldn't put me through to a manager and then hung up on me.
